OFFUNIT ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. By signing up for the OFFUNIT waitlist, you agree to the practices described here.
When you join the OFFUNIT waitlist, we collect your email address and your city preference (the hub you selected). We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive health data at this stage.
We may also collect standard web analytics data such as your general location, browser type, and pages visited, either directly or through third-party services like Meta Pixel.
We use your email address to send you updates about OFFUNIT, including launch announcements for your selected city and early access invitations. We use your city preference to prioritize which hubs we launch first and to tailor communications to your area.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive emails from OFFUNIT. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing contact@offunit.app with the subject "Unsubscribe."
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure provider. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Supabase — Database and backend infrastructure. Resend — Email delivery. Meta Pixel — Anonymous analytics and advertising measurement (if you have not opted out of Meta tracking in your browser settings).
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@offunit.app. We will respond within 30 days.
OFFUNIT is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
