The fastest way to delete your OFFUNIT account is directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it does not require contacting us or waiting for approval.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover your profile, matches, or conversations afterward.
If you can no longer access the app — for example you uninstalled it, lost access to your device, or cannot sign in — email us and we will delete your account for you.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and in most cases much sooner.
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from the platform:

Deleting your OFFUNIT account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and must be cancelled in your store account.
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account, so you are not billed for a renewal you can no longer use. Any unused Spark or Boost balance is lost on deletion and has no cash value.
If you only want to stop being seen for a while, you do not need to delete your account. Incognito browsing hides you from members you have not paged, and you can turn off push notifications at any time in your device settings. Both are reversible; deletion is not.
