Child Safety Standards

1. Our Position

OFFUNIT has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that sexualizes, grooms, solicits, or endangers a minor are strictly prohibited on our Platform, without exception and regardless of intent, context, or claimed artistic or educational purpose.

This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

2. OFFUNIT Is an 18+ Platform

OFFUNIT is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, as required by our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the Platform.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it. If you believe a minor is using OFFUNIT, report the account in the app or email us at the address in Section 6 and we will act on it.

3. What Is Prohibited

The following are banned on OFFUNIT and result in immediate, permanent removal:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, links, or generated content
• Sexualizing a minor, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempting to make sexual contact with a minor
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor
• Trafficking, or advertising a minor for sexual purposes
• Directing another user to off-platform material that violates any of the above

OFFUNIT does not permit nudity or sexually explicit content from any user, of any age. That baseline rule is set out in our Terms of Service and applies platform-wide.

4. How to Report

Every profile, post, comment, and message on OFFUNIT can be reported from inside the app. Open the item, choose Report, and select the reason. You can also block any member instantly, which takes effect immediately and does not require us to act first.

Reports involving child safety are prioritized above all other report types. You do not need an account to raise a child safety concern with us — email the address in Section 6.

5. How We Respond

When we receive a report or otherwise identify content or conduct covered by this page, we:

• Remove the content and permanently ban the account, without a warning or appeal window
• Preserve the associated records as required by law
• Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), consistent with our obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement
• Take action against any other accounts we can link to the same person

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where OFFUNIT is available, and we review these standards as the Platform and the law change.
